Preferred Freezer Chicago #3

This is the 2nd Preferred Freezer in Chicago that Keeley has built. Preferred Freezer Chicago #3 is a Cold Storage building separated into a freezer, cooler, and blast freezer, each of which maintaining different temperatures.

Pure's Food

Pure's Food is a 53,300 SF Precast Building Addition connected to an existing 55 year old food manufacturing facility. All work was phased so that the owner could remain in operation during the construction.

Tavern on North Restaurant

Located on nearly two acres of land, this 15,145 square foot restaurant and off track betting facility is the place to go to catch a game or a race.

Vanee Foods

This build-out involved constructing a new truck dock next to an existing dock on adjacent property with a shared driveway.

Grecian Delight

Major interior demolition had to be done to this 137,000 square foot facility to make way for new improvements.

Ruprecht Meats

Ruprecht wanted to consolidate three separate food prep facilities (raw processing, cooking and cold storage) into one location, and came to Keeley with this complicated and challenging 107,000 square foot project.
