Working with Venture One Real Estate, the redevelopment of 2801 S. Western Avenue in Chicago received the award for Industrial Redevelopment of the Year presented at the NAIOP 29th Annual Awards for Excellence. The renovations included the addition of 38 exterior docks, new HVAC, lighting, ESFR sprinklers, additional cold storage, new parking lots, and rehabilitation of the office and building facade.
