UNIVERSITY PARK, IL (August 2, 2024) – Keeley Construction is proud to share that it is working alongside broker, Cushman & Wakefield, and developer, W.P. Carey Inc., on the largest industrial lease of the year in the Chicagoland area.

Keeley is transforming a 1.6 million-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art distribution facility for a confidential client—one of the largest technology and consumer electronics companies in the world. Keeley Construction began work on the building in October 2023 with demolition, adding 90 dock positions, trailer parking, asphalt replacement, car parking expansion, site security, new inbound and outbound access and façade changes. Keeley is currently performing tenant improvement work throughout the building for offices, inventory security, bid striping, employee safety provisions and common area spaces.
