PLAINFIELD, IL (December 10, 2024) — Keeley Construction is close to completing the mass grading for a 100-acre site in Plainfield, IL, setting the stage for a future 1.2 million-square-foot development for DHL.

 

Work to be done in the spring includes moving 100,000 cubic yards of material and completing the plugs and landscape in the north pond.

 

The extensive site preparation included tree clearing, installation of a silt fence, and demolition of existing structures to ensure a strong foundation for the next phase of construction.
