This high-end 24,000 SF space includes a waterfall, glass staircase, green features and more. The automated building control management system allows users to control the functions of the building environment using handheld devices anywhere onsite. Large workrooms, a 9,000 SF event space, and interactive exhibits allow visitors to catch a glimpse of the future of logistics and transport infrastructure, showcasing advances like robotics, A.I. self-driving cars, IIOT, and virtual reality. Due to the tech-focused features and design, the project required Keeley Construction to coordinate with expert technicians and engineers to ensure the building met DHL’s vision.
