Royal Die & Stamping, an industry leader in manufacturing, approached Keeley for a headquarter build to house over 75 high-speed presses and precision servo-driven presses. The project involved converting a 163,000 SF distribution facility into a modern headquarters for manufacturing, assembly, and distribution as well as administrative offices, engineering, and quality control. The three-phase 42,000 SF buildout for Vital Proteins new production plant allowed business operations to continue during construction.
