Industrial projects are a core part of Keeley Construction’s portfolio, and on September 4th, we took the next step in that legacy by breaking ground on a 64,421 SF industrial facility for Seefried Industrial Properties at 10321 Beaudin Blvd. in Woodridge, Illinois. The project is scheduled for completion in January 2026.
The development is being led by Seefried Industrial Properties with the guidance of Reid Rossberger, Doug Houser, Dave Riefe, Susan March, and Brian Novak. Brokerage is being managed by Rowan McDonnell, Tracy Payette, and Stephanie Park of CBRE, who are actively marketing the property to prospective tenants. Harris Architects, lead the design and civil engineering is provided by Jacob & Hefner Associates.

At Keeley Construction, strong projects are built on strong partnerships. Working alongside Seefried Industrial Properties, CBRE, Harris Architects, and Jacob & Hefner Associates, we are delivering a facility designed for efficiency, flexibility, and long-term value. This new addition to Woodridge will provide modern industrial space while supporting the continued growth of the community and the businesses that call it home.
