BCI approached Keeley Construction to renovate their corporate office, showroom, and warehouse. This corporate interior project turned out beautifully and aligned with the clean, modern vision put forth by the company. Keeley Construction facilitated communication and collaborated with the client, architectural team, and design team to create the perfect modern office. Despite several changes late in the game, Keeley was able to adhere to the timeline and ensure that the project was completed so the owner could move in ahead of schedule.

The office renovation was particularly unique thanks to some beautiful touches, including high ceilings, lighting, built-in 6’ and 9’ fish tanks, and spacious open areas. The renovation included a 234,300 SF warehouse with four existing dock positions and a clear height of 30′, in addition to the 28,200 SF office suite. A second-floor break room includes a lounge area for employees and a training classroom. This stunning office space is ready to meet all the needs of this rapidly growing company.
