An expansion and renovation of the existing north office. Work was completed in two phases, while Brookside was utilizing production and office space.
Work included high-end finishes for client relations areas, new patio deck, front façade enhancements, production waste upgrades and landscaping refresh.
The addition of new conference rooms, lobby, vestibule, breakroom, meeting rooms and open office areas, and new lab casework throughout lab spaces.
