Brookside Flavors, North Expansion Ph III

•  An expansion and renovation of the existing north office. Work was completed in two phases, while Brookside was utilizing production and office space.

• Work included high-end finishes for client relations areas, new patio deck, front façade enhancements, production waste upgrades and landscaping refresh.

• The addition of new conference rooms, lobby, vestibule, breakroom, meeting rooms and open office areas, and new lab casework throughout lab spaces.

• New outdoor patio with glass overhead door entrance into breakroom and glass door entrances into the test kitchen
