Joliet Logistics Center: Keeley Construction worked with First Industrial on the Joliet Logistics Center project. This 355,000 SF speculative warehouse distribution center is built for logistics with 45 complete dock positions, including levelers, dock seals, and dock lights. The site includes a 100% concrete truck court for 106 trailers and asphalt car parking with 281 stalls.

The building is ready to accommodate rapid growth and expansion, with 2,400 SF of speculative office space featuring an open floor plan, conference room, and restrooms. Sitting atop a DUCTILCRETE engineered slab floor for long-term performance with low maintenance, the building has a 36’ clear height. The site ties into existing storm detention features and has shared access roads to Route 6 on both the north and south sides of the building.
