Hawk Auto Mazda and Subaru Car Dealerships

Hawk Auto and Keeley Construction have teamed up together to build brand new Mazda and Subaru car dealerships on approximately 7.56 acres of land. This Project/Site is located at the NW corner of Illinois Route 59 and Caton Farm Road in the City of Joliet. Both Subaru and Mazda will house new State of the Art Showrooms and offices. Each facility will have its general service shops and parts storage rooms.

Project Highlights

  • Both Dealerships have a combined 390 Parking spaces for displaying cars and an additional 49 combined employee/customer parking spaces.
  • Mazda Dealership is approximately 16,990 Square Feet
  • Subaru Dealership is approximately 19,124 Square Feet
  • Service center in each dealership
  • Precast and metal paneling construction for the exteriors
  • Curtain wall glass systems for both dealerships
