Interior tenant improvements consisting of a 2,903 square foot perishable cooler, 510 square foot GDP “good distribution practices” pharmaceutical freezer, 6,360 square foot GDP “good distribution practices” pharmaceutical coolers, 300 square foot GDP dock vestibule, 494 square foot cold chain management office and a 1,960 square foot exterior equipment pad. All work took place while existing operations continued.
