We built two virtually identical buildings same time, so naturally we call them The Twins.

Now home to Rent-A-Crate and Hercules, each has nearly 200,000 square feet and 72 dock positions. Two drive-in doors and one air cargo dock position round out the park’s accessibility features. The 30′ clear structure has a 6” concrete slab reinforced with fiber mesh. Inside, the buildings have ESFR fire protection systems and 1600 amp, 480 volt electrical service. Outside, there’s parking for 217 cars and 106 trailers.
