Keeley partnered Giovanni RANA USA | RANA Meal Solutions on the construction of a brand-new, food-grade production facility in Bartlett, Illinois. Known for its high-quality fresh pasta and ready-made meals, Giovanni RANA is a leading name in the prepared food industry, with a growing presence in the U.S. market. This state-of-the-art facility marks RANA’s third plant in Bartlett and will significantly expand its production capacity to meet rising demand across North America.
A unique aspect of this build was the installation of 3,900 aggregate piers and approximately 3,500 stone columns, varying in depth from 12 to 25 feet, to support the foundation and slab—critical for ensuring long-term structural integrity for heavy food production equipment.
