Ruprecht Meat Company

  • A 107,000-square-foot meat processing, cooking, packaging cooler and freezer facility

  • Consolidation of three separate food preparation facilities into a singular location, which consisted of: a cooking operation in Wheeling, IL, a raw process operation in Chicago, IL, and a cold storage facility in Chicago.

  • The existing 107,000-square-foot building interior was torn down and all existing warehouse floors were removed, a portion of the existing office was taken down, and the existing sub-grade was excavated to accommodate the new freezer and cooler slabs.

  • Keeley addressed the strict cross contamination requirements set forth by the USDA and FDA while managing the constant changing consumer demands regarding the numerous products made by Ruprecht Meats.

  • The Mundelein facility will serve as a state-of-the-art food processing and preparation plant, encompassing the latest technology in food preparation and distribution as well as maintaining a green environment.
