Samsung Tenant Improvement

Phase 1 Scope of the TI, includes:

  • Renovate and modernize existing office spaces to accommodate new tenant’s immediate office needs

  • Provide bin striping on the warehouse 6mm SF of warehouse floor slab for tenant storage needs

  • Installation of site security gates

  • Provide power distribution throughout the warehouse space for tenants low voltage and access control vendors use

 

Additional work completed on the building, included:

  • Installation of an additional 90 fully-equipped dock positions, including hydraulic dock levelers, dock seals, truck restaints, and structural steel reinforcement at certain positions.

  • Created an additional 163 new trailer parking stalls along NE and NW perimeter of the site

  • New extrance off Dralle Road to provide for additional truck access
