• The renovation and modernization of existing office spaces to accommodate new tenant’s immediate office needs
• Bin striping on the warehouse 1.6M SF of warehouse floor slab for tenant storage needs
• Installation of site security gates
• Providing power distribution throughout the warehouse space for tenants low voltage and access control vendors use.
