This 38,000 square foot interior renovation project created new laboratory work areas and required extensive HVAC, electrical and plumbing improvements for specialized lab equipment such as fume hoods and compressed air and vacuum lines. The work resulted in 12 new labs, six new clean rooms and several chemical storage areas.
