Keeley Construction renovated BCI Acrylic’s corporate office, showroom, and warehouse. This corporate interior project was stunning, meeting the company’s clean, modern vision. The renovation was especially unique with spacious touches, including high ceilings, lighting, built-in 6’ and 9’ fish tanks, and open concept office areas.
In 2017, Brennan Investment Group partnered with the Village of Elk Grove, IL for one of the largest industrial infill opportunities ever undertaken. Keeley Construction is proud to work with the Village on The Elk Grove Technology Park, an 85-acre infill development, a high-end industrial park with 1.2 million SF of office space in nine buildings. The industrial park includes loading and parking areas, greenspace, and cultured landscaping.
Built to showcase the future of logistics, the DHL Innovation Center is the first in the US. This high-end space includes a waterfall, glass staircase, green features and an automated building control management system. This advanced project required coordination with expert technicians and engineers to meet DHL’s vision.
