The Dominic Hall Project
Montini experienced steadily increasing enrollment due to their academic and athletic success. Built in the 1960’s, it was time for a badly needed update. As part of the school’s Capital Campaign, a 33,000 SF education building was added to the campus. Dominic Hall welcomed students with a brand new entrance for the school, six cutting-edge science laboratories, a learning resource center with multiple computers, guidance and administrative centers, and two student washrooms.
The massive facelift included state-of-the-art lighting, electrical work, HVAC updates, new materials, and audio/visual systems. Taking into account the budget, timing, and future growth of the school, the Dominic Hall project took place during the school year, with careful planning to not disrupt the day-to-day classes. Keeley Construction delivered with a beautiful, fully renovated hall ready in time for the Class of 2009 graduation.
