US Green Building Council
We are members of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), the “nation’s foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work.” We take steps whenever possible to implement recycling and clean building sites.
LEED experience and focus
LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the governing body on all environmental construction. Keeley employs an on-staff LEED AP to oversee LEED certification, and we participate in voluntary, consensus-based LEED Certification standards for sustainable buildings. Our work includes LEED Gold, Silver, and certified buildings.
